Inside Account Executive - Agency Relations (no remote)

The Job:

  • Continuously create brand awareness in all Recruitment Advertising Agencies (RAA) for
  • Sell our Jobs2Careers job advertising solutions to advertising agencies by engaging in outbound cold/warm sales calls and conducting online and in-person product demonstrations
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Handle daily account management with your Client Success Analyst/other teammates including resolving off-hour client emergencies
  • Use independent judgment to decide on pricing model, budget, and bid for each client
  • Some travel required for RAA visits and industry conferences.
  • Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI goals
  • Report directly to the Director of Agency Relations
  • All other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

  • Familiarity with performance-based advertising products (pay-per-click, pay-per-app)
  • Successful track record in sales-driven team environments
  • Have a positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Ambitious team player who works well with others
  • Loves the phone and relationship building
  • High attention to detail and be a quick learner
  • Competitive by nature and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at effortlessly multitasking and problem solving
  • Willing and able to travel with teammates throughout the year
  • Follow daily work schedule of 9:00am-5:30pm CST
  • Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales, business or marketing
  • Experience working in Salesforce
  • BONUS: Familiar with recruitment advertising agency concepts, practices, and procedures
